Today’s Thursday treat: Blueberry Banana Pancakes and friends all you need are three ingredients plus these are super healthy. When I came across them on pinterest here I knew I had to give them a try and trust me you won’t be missing out on regular pancakes. I always make pancakes using gluten-free flour, however you can’t compare to this healthier alternative. Not to change the topic, but you can also use the raw ingredients for a facial (just saying).
Mix the banana and egg and add the blueberries when the batter is in the pan to prevent from getting smashed. I topped it with honey and lemon instead of maple syrup since I was already and a healthier kick. Next time I’m doubling the recipe I wanted to give them a try before.
